This how-to video shows the thumb adjustment to contact point of the bebionic hand small. The adjustment option makes it possible to optimize the contact point of the thumb with the opposite index and middle fingers (for the tripod grip), or with the index finger only (pinch and precision grips). The adjustment screw is located below the CMC joint of the thumb. Perform the following steps to make the adjustments. Always read the IFU of the bebionic hand carefully before start adjusting the hand.

Meridium - Safety Mode
In safety mode (for example, when the battery is drained) the Meridium switches to individually set resistances for Plantar and DF. The standing stop is not available. The values set by the OT should provide a compromise between statics and dynamics. This video shows the impact and training of walking in safety mode, on level surfaces, on ramps and on stairs.

Activity Mode C
Mode C is appropriate for users who have moderate control over their residual limb, can handle a variety of everyday situations and can walk short to medium distances outdoors. The stance phase is not locked but exhibits a high level of damping. The swing phase can be released earlier, which promotes more dynamic movements. The stance phase flexion damping has to be customized in advance.

Basic Mode - Walking
The resistances for plantar and dorsiflexion are individually set by the OT for the user. This video shows the typical parameter adjustment of Meridium when walking on level ground. In addition to the parameter adjustment, the video includes the first steps in the walking bar, as well as engaging the standing stop. To clarify the effects of the paramter adjustment in M-Soft, minimum and maximum values of the setting range are also displayed.
