Dynion is a new-generation mechanical knee from Ottobock. This reliable partner provides dynamic, dependable control throughout the gait cycle, thanks to a powerful rotary hydraulic, and empowers active users to lead the way on their own terms, by enabling walking at a variety of speeds over various surfaces with low cognitive effort. Support when descending stairs and declines is provided by consistent flexion resistance, and you can stand effortlessly with the manual lock feature. Manual lock
Do you find yourself standing for long periods? Dynion's manual lock supports effortless and more comfortable standing via an easy-access button.
Slopes & Stairs
Thanks to the integrated rotation hydraulics, Dynion provides support when walking down slopes and stairs, helping you feel safe and confident in your surroundings.
Stumble Recovery
Dynion provides stability in case of a stumble. When walking if the swing phase is interrupted, Dynion will switch back to default stance providing enough resistance to regain your balance.
Bicycle Mode
Want to go cycling? Dynion makes this possible with it's handy cycling mode, simply push the button on the side of the knee and you're ready to go on your next adventure.
Waterproof
Dynion is fully waterproof against fresh, chlorinated and salt water! The corrosion-resistant tube adapter has four integrated water drain channels.
Adjustable Stance Flexion
Your prosthetist has the ability to adjust the Dynion's stance flexion resistance (this is the resistance against the bending of the knee), meaning you receive the necessary support to walk up and down slopes, stairs and navigate uneven terrain, specific to your needs.
