Your patients rely on their devices for their independence and mobility, which is why we partner with you to keep them functioning as they should. Our Ottobock technicians are highly skilled with many years of experience. Many of our products have scheduled servicing intervals, where all product functions are checked in detail and necessary parts replaced. Any scheduled software and technical updates are also made in line with our service guidelines. This ensures the expected product lifespan can be used optimally.

While your patient’s device is being serviced or repaired,  we provide a loaner enabling your patient to continue with their daily activities. If you require a loaner device for your patient, please click the link below and complete our Loaner Request form.

To allow us to support your patients & your clinics, we have simplified our returns process into two options:

Option One (for a faster service)

Click on the link below and complete the form (including all mandatory information). A Customer Support Advisor will then follow up with you regarding your return.

Option Two

Contact Ottobock UK by calling 01784 744900 or you can email bockuk@ottobock.com to obtain a returns reference, which is valid for up to 90 days.


If a UPS label is being provided, please arrange collection in your usual way. You should display the returns reference clearly on the outside packaging. Please click the link below for full details about our returns process.


IMPORTANT NOTICE: It is the sender's responsibility to ensure the appropriate documents are used and that the contents of each parcel match the documents. Liability of cost for lost items is with the sender. The UPS labels provided cannot be reused. Contact bockuk@ottobock.com for any queries.
