Many changes in the new bebionic hand focus on improved user experience and maximising the time you have with the hand. This includes new interchangeable modular finger, that in case of damage can be serviced in your prosthetic clinic by a certified prosthetist in just a few minutes. If an extended warranty was purchased with your bebionic hand, any damaged fingers that need to be replaced during the warranty period can done so free of charge.
NHS England Multi-Grip Prosthetic Hand Policy.
NHS England recently approved the funding of multi-grip prosthetic hands for people who meet the specified criteria. This means more amputees and those with congenital limb difference are now able to experience these life changing devices, such as the bebionic hand which is available through the policy.
