Genu Arexa PCL
After a posterior cruciate ligament tear in the knee, the Genu Arexa PCL supports your knee movements when you place weight on it and during periods of rest and recovery – exactly as you require. This is possible thanks to a spring mechanism: the orthosis features a special calf pad, the Dynamic Pad. It adjusts the pressure on the calf at every knee angle. As a result, you always receive exactly the level of support that is appropriate for the respective situation from a medical perspective. Once the orthosis has been adjusted for your specific injury, the Genu Arexa PCL ensures a controlled healing process while giving you a more steady gait and confidence in your own mobility.

Genu Arexa PCL – dynamic and stabilising
The soft, padded plastic shells adapt to the contours of your leg as soon as they are worn. Combined with sophisticated positioning of the shell elements and straps, the Genu Arexa PCL ensures a comfortable fit with the greatest possible freedom of movement.
Thanks to an integrated spring mechanism, the Dynamic Pad exerts the correct pressure on the calf in every leg position. Once it is correctly adjusted, the lower leg is dynamically supported in every position.
The brace is very easy to put on and take off. Place it on the leg from the front and fasten the straps from top to bottom, down to the Dynamic Pad on the calf. Then set the dial on the pad to the position marked by the O&P professional and fasten the final, bottom strap. Observe the information in the instructions for use.
After a posterior cruciate ligament tear, the leg needs to be extended and elevated as often as possible. The Genu Arexa PCL ensures that regulated pressure, which is important for the healing process, is exerted on the lower leg in this position as well.
