MyCRO Band
Some babies (age 3–18 months) have positional head deformation called plagiocephaly or brachycephaly. They may need a cranial remolding orthosis (CRO) to help correct their head shape.

Your smart choice - Because it all matters
Quality scanning, with accuracy up to .01 inches (.25 mm), is required to ensure a precise fit and function of the MyCRO Band.
Your baby’s measurements are used to make a unique MyCRO Band that weighs 6 ounces (175 grams) on average. Our precise 3D-printing process ensures that each orthosis fits accurately.
The MyCRO Band’s open-air design is so comfortable and light, your baby may not even notice they have it on. This makes it easy for them to wear the orthosis day and night.
Our innovative MySize Closure System™ continually adapts to your child’s head growth. This may reduce the number of office visits needed for adjustments.
Our unique design – a 3D-printed shell with removable inner lining – is easy to clean, eliminating odors. An extra lining is provided, and you can order more.
Choose the lining color and shell icon that best suits your child’s personality. We’re happy to emboss one of around 40 fun designs onto the shell. You can decide to color it in, or leave as-is.
It’s just that easy
Fitting is a breeze
“Harrison was a breech baby. Because of his positioning in the womb, he was born with flattened areas on the back and side of his head. It was concerning. We quickly learned that a helmet was the only way to go. Getting him fitted for a MyCRO Band was a breeze, thanks to the new technology and 3D-printing.”
Linda and Thomas, parents of Harrison
Convenient and comfortable
“When we found out that Hilda was going to have to wear a helmet, we were a little worried, but the MyCRO Band is really easy to use. I didn’t expect that.”
Theres, mother of Hilda
Excellent treatment adherence
“The 3D-printed MyCRO Band is very suitable, very light, very flexible. It is very well accepted by children and parents.”
Dr. Jacques Griffet, MD, PhD
Professor of Pediatric Orthopedic Surgery

Fewer adjustments needed
“This cranial orthosis is much easier to fit than conventional helmets. Especially interesting and practical is the MyCRO Band’s dynamic closure, which allows variations in cranial remodeling and cranial perimeter growth. The fact that there is no foam inside the shell reduces the need for frequent adjustments.”

How MyCRO Band works
How MyCRO Band works
Gentle shaping
The MyCRO Band is designed to safely and gradually remold your baby’s head. The contact zones define gentle limits, while the growth zones leave space for the natural head shape to develop. The MySize Closure System™ self-adjusts as your baby grows.
From play time and napping to snuggling and feeding, everything you and your baby enjoy doing is still possible. Their MyCRO Band won’t get in the way!
