Plaster and mold products

Gypsona® plaster bandages ensure that fractures can be immobilised quickly. The fine and quick-setting plaster creates an even cast with an excellent finish.

The long stretch bandage is used for compression after an amputation. It can also be used as a bandage to support and relieve ligaments and joints. Woven in a rib weave, the bandage is wrapped around itself and available in various widths.

Adhesives

This adhesive is among other things suitable for gluing in foot adapters, bonding wood and metal, and gluing unilateral bar systems and E-MAG knee joints.

Padding

ComforTex soft is especially well suited for padding in orthosis fabrication. It is extremely soft and very comfortable for the user to wear.

Lamination Technology

The phthalate-free hardening powder is less harmful to health than comparable products and thereby improves occupational health and safety in the orthopaedic workshop. The hardening powder is used for curing and enables simple and homogenous mixing.

Orthocryl lamination resin 80:20 Speed is a lamination resin for fabricating small components within the field of prosthetics and orthotics.

Orthocryl lamination resin 80:20 is a lamination resin with versatile uses and can be combined with all common reinforcement materials in orthopaedic technology.

Lamination resin with low viscosity for the fabrication of components with a low proportion of resin. It is also known for its good penetration of the reinforcement.

Thermoplastics

Antibacterial ThermoLyn soft is suitable for fabricating flexible inner sockets in lower limb prosthetics. It features high flexibility and surface quality with low shrinkage (approx. 3%).

Antibacterial ThermoLyn rigid has proven itself in the fabrication of self-supporting check sockets for fitting TT, TF and HD patients. Break-proof and with high stiffness, it offers high thermoplastic dimensional stability and impact strength.
